It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I was staying at a nearby hotel, work related business. I made the horrible mistake of eating here. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries… it tasted as horrible as it looked. I’ve ate at other locations with no problem. I’ll never eat at this location again. I’ve posted a photo of my “cheeseburger ” large fries.

It’s like the hamburgers are designed to explode and fall apart as you eat them. They taste good, but I’ve never worn more mustard-covered lettuce than when I try and eat a whataburger. Why they chop the lettuce is beyond me, because it just slides out of the bun. Otherwise, this was clean even if the parking lot is silly. Overall better than other options nearby but not one I’ll seek out again.

This location does not care. Ordered a green chili double, once i got home i realized this burger must have been cooked awhile ago and they provably gave me a cancelled order or something. UNACCEPTABLE WHATABURGER IF IM SPENDING $15+ on a burger and fries that better be fresh not some bag with all the grease leaking through it like i just came from jack in the box. This happens almost everytime i visit this location i always get mad at myself i should have just gone to the location on Elliot. 48TH STREET COULD TAKE NOTES

I hate when I pay for something and I don’t get it. 80¢ each for cheese, on 4 burgers. Only one burger had cheese. So I payed $3.20 for a slice of cheese. WOW!

This is the worse Whataburger I have ever had. They were slow and way behind for not fresh food. I ordered 2 single whataburgers and got one. They gave us a wrong sandwich. The one Whataburger I got the bread was stale, hard, and cracking and falling apart. My daughter ordered a Apple, Cranberry Grilled Chicken sandwhich, No apples just alot of cranberries. Very disappointed.

Now this whataburger blows other locations out of the water. I ordered and had my hot food and was on my way in under 7 minutes and that was with a long line! The young lady working that night was stellar the crew was fast and they get my order right every time I go to this location. 10/10 guys keep it up! Us hungry people appreciate you!
