Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We ordered the burger meals. No lettuce, no pickles on either… requested only no tomato. All we got was a burger, a few onions and a little mustard. This location used to be good. Won’t return. Not worth $24.

I come here regularly during midnight hours . It’s the location near by me and my favorite bite to get. Sadly This morning Cashier Ausencia F . Treated us poorly and horrible customer service today at 3am. She ignored us in drive through for a minute after explaining what we ordered then at window she laughed at us instead of a regular greeting didn’t repeat order to us at all nor at speaker. She gave us our lemonade not properly closed caused a spill in the car. Gave us our bag quickly with attitude. We went around drive again due to order being all wrong . We told her we had open it and touch it due to us checking the order was right or wrong. She gave us attitude still and told us “ I can see that “ rolled her eyes and proceeds to just hand it out to the right person outside with out making a fresh order for the man. As a manager myself at a fast food restaurant in the past I can’t believe whataburger allows that. I understand work can be stressful, I have all respect for her from the beginning and still do. We’re all human I hope her day gets better.

The food was average. I had a Patty Melt. It was thrown together. Half the meat was hanging off the bread. It tasted like any other burger. Nothing special. The fries were good. The dining room wasn’t very clean.

Although this Whatabuger is a little further away, my family and I enjoy this location the most. We always get food hot and fresh here without issues. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms round this place out. I’d recommend the green chili double cheeseburger. The Dr. Pepper shake is a favorite for dessert.

Multiple people who ordered after me got there food before me. And noone was paying attention to my food until i asked about it and then they gave me an attitude when giving me my food. And my food wasn’t even hot. And the fries are stale. Nothing was fresh at all. Do not go to this location. It is not worth the trouble or time. Not only that i was there for 45 minutes waiting for a aingle burger and fries.

This is my favorite spot to eat! The manager Jose is always on his A game treating the guest like he’s known them for years. To top it of they add a new manager Luci to their team who makes the room brighter with her energy and her smile. Amazing customer service and Amazing people!

The girl on the drive through window wouldn’t get our order right and refused to read back to us our order. I ordered an apple and cranberry chicken salad and my husband wanted a double cheeseburger with green chili. She wanted to give us my salad with green chili and a regular burger for my husband.

Food was not made properly even after being asked to pull up into parking spot and waiting 7 minutes and after it was even repeated back to me correctly. How do you forget the grilled chicken on a grilled chicken cob salad? Chicken strip old, cold and dried out and given wrong dipping sauce when clearly receipt stated correct one. Manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. I let the 1st 2 times slide 3rd time of incorrect order and them wanting me to waste my gas to go back for them to get order correct when it should have been done right when I was there and WAITED!

I ordered 4 whataburger meals online For $57. When I showed up to pick up my order (30 minutes later, since that’s their policy on orders over $50) the food wasn’t ready, and they forgot my drinks. Once I got home, I noticed all the burgers were wrong and the onion rings were burnt. After calling the manager, I returned to the store with the food and receipt. It took an addition 30 minutes to get my food remade. The food I ordered at 6:15 wasn’t at my car until 7:57pm. When I tried to return the food and get a refund, they told me to keep the food and I had to get a refund online. I have not been able to get a refund and I wasted 2 hours and almost $60. I definitely will not go back!
