Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Whataburger is becoming my alternative to meeting at Starbucks! First they’re open 24-hours, serve good food (breakfast for 12 of those hours!) with a bright cheery atmosphere. This morning, I got their jalapeno cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich with sausage, hash browns, and a side of gravy. YUM.

Where’s the beef. The tomato is thicker than the burger patty and the food wasn’t hot at all. Sad! I was in drive thru and had to reverse because they forgot my apple pie. Sat there for 5 minutes until someone came to do drive thru order. Never will I ever spend my hard earned money for disappointing food.

I don’t feel sick like I do at other fast food locations when I eat these burgers. Imagine a Burger King whopper but a slight step above in quality. Service was great today and they gave me my burger for free. Place was clean.

I was recently in Arizona for a Business’ trip and I had the opportunity to have Whataburger for the first time. The one in Mesa near the airport was the one closest so I decided to give it a try. I have heard much about the chain for many years from Texans who sang its praises and wanted to see it for myself.

Meh! The breakfast egg sandwich was missing one key thing…..the egg! They made a new one in a lightning fast 15 minutes. It was cold and lacked any real flavor. We waited more than 10 minutes for someone to get to the front counter just to take our order. When I had to have my breakfast sandwich remade it another 10 minutes just to get someone’s attention. Not worth the money or time. Much better options out there!

Piping hot custom order (no tomatoes, no diced onions, added grilled onions & BBQ sauce). Great burger. Much bigger than anticipated. Should not have ordered two. I’m way too full. Next time I’ll try the Dr. Pepper shack.

Maybe Whataburger in Texas is a different story, but I’ve always been let down by Whataburger in Arizona. Probably won’t be coming back for some time. Came in today and ate half my burger without realizing it was raw in the middle. I appreciate the manager for offering a remake but it was still raw after it came back. Not giving one star because I do appreciate the manager doing that.
