We came in during shift change, I guess (around 10pm). I went inside & ordered 2 patty melts and 2 shakes to-go. No fries or anything else. The total was $26.66!

Tried this new location. The space is really nice. The food is great. Whataburger fries are among my favorites. The grilled chicken sandwich is really good. The prices are reasonable and the service was fast. The only improvement I can suggest is the drive through cashier could be a lot friendlier.

I’m from Texas and it just tastes like home. They also aggressively send me free meals in the Whataburger app so if you don’t have that you’re missing out. When we went we ordered our food ahead of time through the app so it was just about ready to pick up. We got some unfriendly expressions from one worker when we asked if our order was ready, but the person in blue (as opposed to orange. Probably the manager) was very friendly.

Whataburger Store #1223 is our favorite location! Food is always great. Staff is AWESOME! We are frequent customers and haven’t had any issues. Daniel (one of the managers) is super cool. Everytime I go, he is super friendly and knows my name. (Because of the app…lol) It’s really cool to go in a food place and they know who you are. You won’t be disappointed. Do a 5 patty challenge!

Worst service ever. Old burger.. Called and asked for corporate number was told by woman working the drive thru who insisted that the blue cheese was molded cheese and not “aged”, that she didn’t know the number to corporate. Asked for general manager and was as left on hold for 30mins. Called back no answer. Burger was cold hard with old tomatoes and lettuce. Do better.

Everyone was great, but the drive thru ordering system doesn’t work. Bad engineering advice. Two ordering lanes, but instead of funneling people to one line for paying and picking up your meal, they continue with the two lines and when you get your food before the person in front of you, you’re boxed and until they receive theirs.

It had been awhile since is been to a Whataburger and it didn’t disappoint. The fries were piping hot and fresh. The two pattie burger was yummy also. Give them a try if you’ve never been there.

Went to the Elliot and Harl location for dinner and decided to not go back to this location anymore. When the location first opened up, it was a great place to visit with great staff and great food. This is now the third visit that we had where we had to wait an extremely long time to get our food after ordering online. Nobody acknowledged us standing in the online order pick up for quite some time. There was also a gentleman there before us who did not get acknowledged either. After we finally got our food, my husband’s meal was incorrect and did not have green chile. He went up to the counter to inform them and asked for a side of green chile. They ended up giving him a side of pickles. The onion rings were awful and extremely saturated in oil. He ended up taking them back and asking for fries instead. The staff often looks confused and is far from friendly. This place is pretty new so I hope they can get it together for future patrons.
