The breakfast was very good. The scrambled eggs were perfect. The price was a bit high but I would go again the place reminds me of a Moose Lodge or Eagles Arie pitch in. All food is served on paper plates but that’s just the vibe of the place looking forward to their fish fry.

When you want some GOOD fish, visit Wheatley’s . The fish is fresh no fishy odor and it’s GBD (golden brown and delicious). Try some French fries, baked beans and hush puppies. Reasonably priced and it’s a bargain.

I was a little disappointed with Weatleys this time. My Grandson and I had “a day” and we started it out at Weatleys for breakfast. First, I don’t know if someone didn’t show or what, but the lady that asked for our order didn’t seem to care we were there because she wasn’t supposed to be! After completing our order the guy at the register (I thought to be the owner) simply said the amount I owed , took my card and mumbled a thank you. Food was warm, not hot and pretty pricey for what we got. The next time we have breakfast it will be somewhere else and I would not recommend Wheatleys now. It is a shame, because just a couple of years back, they were great.

Well after reading all the amazing comments about this place. I decided to give it a try. Pretty sure these comments are either from friends or family. First time ordering old man with glasses behind the counter acted as if he was annoyed he had to serve me because I had never been there before so I took a little longer than their regular customers who knew right away what they wanted. He was rude disrespectful and not to mention my sausage wasn’t cooked fully . To the women who work with him back there. Y’all are great very sweet and thank you for recognizing his attitude and apologizing for it
