I tried eating here tonight, but the guy who worked there said that I had to use their pen to mark my selection on a little bag. I was confused. I was the only customer there, and I asked if I could just tell him what I wanted. He said no, and that I had to use the pen. There was no way I was going to touch some gross pen before eating my sandwich. Why would they make their customers do this? It’s disgusting.

Wonderful food. Very polite and helpful staff with a pristine dining area. My only complaint was that it took 45 minutes to get a couple sandwiches and a milkshake, though that may be because they were training a new employee. I’d be willing to go back just not when I have to clock in at work in 30 minutes. Ended up being about 45 minutes late because I anticipated a sandwich shop to be relatively quick. Couldn’t even stop and enjoy my food until after work at which point it wasn’t as fresh but I did take a couple of bites at red lights otw to work and just… Yes.

If your door says you’re open till 9 PM you don’t close the doors at 8:10. The chairs were all stacked on the tables and the boy waved me away when I pointed at the open sign, which was turned off.

Employees decided to close the store an hour before the closing time. This black girl is staring at me from inside the store with an attitude look on her face and had the audacity to turn the lights out. Whoever management is at this store needs to take disciplinary action. This is unacceptable especially wasting gas to drive here when it says open. I arrived at 8:25pm to pick up dinner to-go….

Decided to give this sandwich shop a try. I had seen it many times & hadn’t heard much on it. You mark your bags as to what you want on your sandwich & hand it to the sandwich artist. I got the BLT. It was great. The artist was nice & helpful since it was our 1st time visiting. If you are craving a toasted sub give them a try

Had the Philly Cheesesteak. It’s made with provolone and the quality of the cheese was great! It’s an average size sandwich. I saw an employee walk out and offer to answer questions about the menu, quite impressive for a sandwich shop! Nice friendly staff. Prices are on the higher end, but good quality.
