I had mold on the bottom of my sandwich and unfortunately didn’t notice until I got to the end. So unsure of how much of the mold I potentially ate. There isn’t a way to reach anyone in the store directly about this either. Check your food before eating.

I ordered a black bean patty sandwich with avocado and provolone cheese ONLY for curbside pickup. I got home and this is what they gave me. My receipt with my order was attached to the bag. No black bean patty, no cheese but they added wet lettuce and tomato that made the bread soggy beyond repair (thats why I quit ordering the veggies. I add them at home). And they won’t answer their phone so I’m out of luck.

Cold bacon on a toasted BLT sandwich that I ordered online and they didn’t start making until after the 18 minute estimated pickup time, and they forgot half of the meat that I paid for. Don’t go to this place, understaffed with abscent minded employees that obviously don’t care to work there

Not sure who is working there on 4/5 but my sandwich I ordered around 5 PM via Door Dash was God awfull like 5 year old put it together don’t charge me 20.00 for a super witch half the thing are missing not cool, I’ll try pot-belly across the street.

Used to love this place but it’s taken a complete 180 in the last couple years. It started when orders were incorrect or missing items and it became a regular occurrence. Now I’ve tried to get a sandwich the past three Wednesdays and they’ve just been closed all day with no explanation. No one answers the phone even when they were open. What happened here?

This review is for the whole chain, Their Hershey’s Chocolate ice cream shakes used to be addictive a few years back, I used to order 32oz everytime. Now they taste like just whole milk. This store is no different. I wonder why don’t they change the name of the flavor from Chocolate to Whole milk. No wonder they’re closing stores.
