You get what you pay for. The wicked on Wednesday for 6 bucks was a great deal. Even thou you seriously could wait up to 15 to 20 minutes for a sandwich in the drive thru. Very very disappointed! Had my kids with me doing our school summer program and we came to get food during our lunch. Waited literally 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 3 fries, i was over charged $6 because kids meals come with drink and fries and the guy charged me for 2 kids meals and 2 drinks and 2 fries. Then to top it all off, my whole entire sandwich was wrong and i couldn’t eat any of it!

I used to love going here. I love the chain. Unfortunately they have hired quite a few people who don’t care about their jobs or the people they are serving. I’ve been here too many times lately where there is barely any ingredients added to the sandwiches. Dishes they don’t even add the main ingredients. Order a turkey and cheese with bacon lettuce and tomato and you get a sandwich with only bacon lettuce and tomato. Don’t go here.

It’s a pretty good sandwich, but after multiple experiences, the only thing I can say is if you are in a rush, this is not a quick stop. It is very Fresh though, and my son is always very excited to build his sandwich. Staff extremely kind

They are NOT open until 9. They apparently close at 7 but 7pm to them actually means 6:30 ish because they have already shut everything down and are finishing cleaning by 6:45, but they do allow you to come in, watch you look at their digital menu, still watching while you pick a card, and begin making your order AND THEN stop and let you know they are closing at 7, even though it is still NOT actually 7pm. They obviously can’t be bothered to change the listing time of a 9pm close or answer their phone so you can make sure…. Nope they wait until all of the above mentioned actions take place and then point to a printer paper copy of the schedule change….sitting beside their register… which you are not able to see until you get to the register… which is not where you place your order… Still using the excuse of staffing shortage, though I know of several people who’ve gone in to ask for applications but were told they were not hiring…..

This sandwich shop is in an IGA. It is very convenient to my house, so I have used it often. Very friendly service. Great selection of sandwiches, plus you can create your own to suit your self. I like it better than Subway which is just down the street.
