This place has become a joke. Ordered via app and showed order ready at 1:35pm. Reached there on time and the person hadn’t even started making it. They still kept taking other orders and when asked for my order they were extremely rude. After waiting additional 30 minutes we finally got our sandwich only to see they messed up all 4 sandwiches. And I would still like to emphasize that they were extremely extremely rude in a scenario where it was not our fault at all.

Very friendly service. Orders are placed by grabbing a sandwich bag from the wall and checking the items off that you want, then handing it to cashier and paying. Unsure if this was their model pre-covid, but either way this set up does give feeling that your Bette able to social distance. Would be better if they sanitized the markers between each person thought. Luckily they did have hand sanitizer on the wall. Far as the food goes, it was exactly what you’d expect. Overall just your average deli sandwhich, served at your average sandwhich shop. Can’t say that we found anything stand or special at least from the two sandwhich we had during or visit.

Poor excuse for a 12.00 Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I added other veggies and I guess he thought that meant to take onions and green pepper off. Hardly any meat. I see why at 5pm no one was there. I paid for a large….guess that was 9 inches? The steak is the texture of roast beef….looks like it too. I’m good, I’ll stick with Subway. Most of their 5 star reviews are from 1st time reviewers, most likely bogus

For a place that was completely dead, service was fine but quality control is bad. See pic that was in my sandwich that i was sharing with the son. Glad I Got that part and not him. Did not say anything i am not the person that wants free meals for complaining. Just wanted to let other people to keep a lookout.

I don’t even know what to say. This is how the sandwich looked after I unwrapped it. I think COVID has the potential to leave a little more time for sandwich making. This was not the case here. This sandwich tasted like a jar of pickled jalapeños. The manager didn’t offer a refund. PRO TIP: pickled veggies are only good on sammies if you drain the juice ✌

Right Meow
A very bizarre evening, it started with an employee walk out and ended with an employee threatening a customer. I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews but I would hate for someone to have the experience our group did. I went in with a group of 6. The employee working the register decided to quit right after an older gentleman behind me ordered. That employee just bailed without saying anything. The other employee came back in the store and was left to deal with making 7 sandwiches. (He had briefly stepped out while my order was being taken.) Initially, I had a great deal of empathy for the employee that was left working but that eventually changed. The employee was kind and asked us to be patient. We were determined to wait it out since we had already paid. It was taking a great deal of time for him to make just one sandwich and the gentleman that was after our 6 sandwiches asked for his money back because he didn’t want to wait. The employee was somewhat defensive and said he was doing the best he can and the two had a mildly heated back and forth confrontation until the customer decided to leave without his sandwich. Fast forward about 15 minutes later and the employee is still working on sandwich 2. It seemed the employee was quite confused, he kept asking us questions about the sandwiches, yet we were determined to wait this out. Around this time the other customer that had left came back and said he wanted his money back. The employee told him he didn’t owe him anything because he had left already. The customer asked our group to tell the employee that he had paid and never got his sandwich. We all vouched for him but the employee didn’t seem to acknowledge that. A few members of our group tried to mediate the situation as both gentleman were exchanging words. I told the customer to just dispute the charges on his credit card and he should be able to get his money back. Both gentleman continued to argue. It escalated to the point that the employee told the customer he would not hesitate to shoot him. This was the breaking point for our group. We decided to collect our things and we told the guy not to worry about our sandwiches. We were there for nearly an hour and left with 2 out of 6 sandwiches. As a less concerning side note: we all were charged for sodas even though we just had water off the fountain (The soda portion of the fountain was broken) We messaged Which Wich headquarters about this whole ordeal but haven’t heard back yet. I hope we are able to get our money back and Which Wich is able to resolve the issues that are occurring at this location.

So disappointed. We placed an online order for pick up at 11:30. We did not get our sandwiches until noon. Waited for 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches. When we got there, their fountain drink machine was down, no pickles, no fries, barely any chips, wraps weren’t thawed so we had to change an order and my sandwich is missing sauce and avocado. Staff were trying their best but I would say this is a management issue. On a previous time there to pick up a similar order, the order was ready late again due to only one staff person being there to handle all orders.

I was the only customer in there just now and my sandwich that costed me 9 bucks was skimped on every ingredient, and they forgot cucumbers too so I had to go back because I expected some veggies with my Bánh mi! it was pretty pathetic. I regret not choosing some other sandwich place that will give me what I pay for.

Absolutely love their sandwiches but this location is arguably one of the worst in the chain. They have almost no staff left. Wait times are insane when they are open. Went in the middle of the week recently at 1:30pm and there was a piece of paper on the door saying they would close at 3:30 pm on that date and there I was at 1:30pm and no one was there and door was locked. What a shame too because I really do enjoy their food.
