Slow service, horrible food. Bread was extremely dry and falling apart. Meat (chicken) was shredded not sliced. The bacon I paid $2.00 extra for amounted to 2 slices of bacon. Avocado also $2.00 extra was not ripe. Veggies were in huge chunks. Sandwich was all around a giant mess. My first experience here was absolutely awful. For $18 and change I left annoyed and still hungry because half the sandwich went in the garbage because I couldn’t choke anymore down. I would like to request a refund but not sure how to go about that, if a manager would call me I would greatly appreciate it.

Visited this store for the first time. Went around 7pm an hour before close. It was a bunch of unfriendly kids working. They literally avoided us when we walked in by going straight to the back room for several minutes, no greeting or goodbye either. Ignored us when we said thank you for the food. One with the longer hair kept touching his hair and eating while preparing food. Seemed new. Had to have fries remade because they were way underdone and completely greasy. Second round not much better. Bread was dry and stale. Avocado literally smeared all over outside of sandwich. Veggies not fresh and meat was basically shredded and only was on half the sandwich. Big mistake coming here

Over the last year this place has really gone downhill we just got our Doordash and we were missing a sandwich and the other three not one was made correctly or with care ,the bread was sliced all the way through. This is the fourth time this has happen where something is wrong with our order we will not be back.

Do not order the Keto/Cloud bread!!! I laughed out loud when the guy handed it to me. It costs $2 more to get this kind of bread and is insanely small! There was hardly any meat on it and it didn’t taste that good. Needless to say I was still hungry and it cost me $11! Also, the staff seemed really annoyed when I tried to ask him a question about the sandwich.

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had. Usually maybe something isn’t my cup of tea but I can finish it. I couldn’t this time. This was the worst sandwich/food I have EVER had. DRY DISGUSTING AND SLOPPY. The best part of the meal was the bag of chips. Avoid at all cost.

Went in for lunch today to try their cloud which….to their credit the bread it self was good but my meatball sub was ICE COLD when I ordered it HOT on the kiosk. Also took 25 minutes…. $12 for a miniature sandwich-and forced tip on top of that? when you have to do everything but make the food? Gross food, bad service, horrible first impression and there will never be a second.

food was just okay, seemed meat quantity was more skimpy than i remember. we ordered a shake and when it was given to us the cup was only half full, when we questioned the kid behind the counter why we pay full price for half the product, he said i dont know that is just the way i was told to make it.

The food was terrible, I got a BYO ham and cheese – the bread was so dry I couldn’t eat it and threw it away after two bites. Asked for oil and vinegar and mayo – got maybe a tiny bit of mayo but no oil or vinegar – It took them 10 minutes to make the sandwich because the employees were standing there talking the whole time, no one was on their game or paying attention. I was the only person waiting. I won’t be going back.
