I proceed to ask if they could put the ranch between the bread and meats and the lady replies that they can’t do special request. I’m sorry but no other which Wich place ever gave me problems with my request. All you guys do is build freaking sandwiches. Why is it a problem taking a simple request on how someone enjoys their sandwich when the place is empty. Don’t bet on the success of this franchise where simple requests are denied. After dinner combing she agreed to do it but starts to explain why they don’t take requests. Cause people are particular about their sandwiches. Well I don’t see how you are going to succeed not giving customers what they want. Good luck to the franchise owner!

I never write negative reviews, so I promise this warranted and not just me being crazy– but the woman making my sandwich today was so rude, and was literally on her phone while making my sandwich which made it take 20 minutes!! Like a full on phone conversation, and acted like I was being unreasonable for interrupting her.

Fix your Doordash menu please, we’ve ordered multiple sandwiches that in the app list cheese, toppings, etc., but when they arrive they are literally only bread and meat, no toppings/cheese/condiments/etc. I think the defaults are set wrong. Doordash refunds every time, so we’ll try again every now and then, but seriously, your employees must realize people aren’t intending to pay $13 for literally just bread and meat.

The person D Corsino who reviewed as older lady having dirty nails… Is the actual doordasher who refused to get a drink for the order she was delivering. And was the one screaming at the staff. Sorry hunny should make sure other customers aren’t in store especially ones who have worked for doordash! The lady you are referring to is nothing but friendly and bends over backwards to make sure your happy!!

I hadn’t been here in a few years. Not sure what’s going on with the place. Went for lunch – 12:30- and it was almost empty. There were only bags (if you don’t know, you write your order on one of two bags. Specialty or Build Your Own. You hand your bag off to the cashier to order) for specialty sandwiches and copies of the order card for byo. I got a turkey and ham sandwich – sans bag – to go. All the ingredients were fresh. Bread was good. I think it was almost empty because it looks closed from the outside

I absolutely love this which wich location, the manager is the sweetest and is always more then happy to help, the food is amazing ( I’ve been to other which wich locations and they do not compare) and the employees are very quick and helpful.

I drove to get a sandwich for lunch, waited 15 minutes for the “sandwich artist” to make it and no one was in front of me. This is why I usually do delivery. It’s hotter than hell outside.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwhich to go. They put SO MUCH MUSTARD but I realized this when I got back home, after getting comfortable (even taking off my pants and changed shirts). I had to go back and let them know about their mistake. When I got there they redid my sandwich without mustard but this time they DRAINED IT WITH HOT SAUCE (as if done on purpose). My stomach now feels irritated which is why I am writing this. I typically eat here about twice per week but will never come here again.

NOT the Which Wich of just a couple years ago. Very difficult to customize sandwiches, portions exponentially smaller and menu drastically reduced. Staff seemed confused when we requested “change type of cheese, delete lettuce, add ***”, like we were asking for them to invent something new.
