I really enjoy the food, even though the sandwiches can get a bit pricey. I belive it’s worth every penny and their milkshakes are the best of any place I’ve ever been to. Also, the staff is really nice and the bag art on the wall is really fun to look at while I eat.

I love the sandwiches! The only reason I can’t give five stars is really because of other customers. The station where you design your sandwich confuses people. I normally wait longer in line watching people design than I do for my food! I definitely recommend this place if you have some time to sit and eat.

Employees do not wear masks now. I am not mask police, and I am okay if they allow customers without mask. But I would would still want to see people handling my food wear mask, (at least when they are preparing it front of me). Otherwise their no contact delivery doesn’t make sense.

Great sandwiches. Mediocre employees. Placed an order online, when I got there to pick it up, they asked my name, dropped my bag on the counter, and walked away. Didn’t offer a carrier for my drinks and didn’t say thank you. It almost felt like the online order inconvenienced them.

Good service, good food. The staff is always really friendly even if you show up 5 minutes before close. But don’t do that if you can avoid it, it’s rude. My kid likes it and we enjoy seeing the bag art wall too.

Just ordered about 15 minutes. Open my sandwich and it’s completely wrong! It’s like they didn’t even look at my bag. I said wheat, I got white. I said no cheese, I got cheese. I said toasted, I got cold. I said olive salad, I got none! Not worth the almost $9 I paid for this sandwich!
