I love the atmosphere, the employees, and the sandwiches. Clean area too. The people are extremely polite and welcoming. They do their best to guarantee customer service is 100% satisfactory. The kindness and taste of a delicious sandwich made me cry tears of joy. This place doesn’t just melt cheese, it melts your expectations with their crisscross awesome sauce service.

Horrible experience! The workers took almost an hour to prepare our sandwiches. We also ordered fries that we never received even after asking about them several times. You are asked to fill out a sheet to customize your sandwich and they still put all the items on that I marked off. Will never eat there again and the food wasn’t even good. Just a poorly ran restaurant with lazy workers with zero work ethic

This which wich used to be pretty good with customer service. The guy who took my order was a bit cold and just sighed when I asked him if I couldn’t fill out the order myself. He just seemed annoyed. When I got my order they put all of the wrong things on there. It was kind of a bummer and upsetting. It discourages me from wanting to order from there again.
