This place is going DOWNHILL. Ice cold burgers and raw fries heated in microwave to melt the cheese. This establishment USED to be AWESOME. This is my second time to receive terrible cold food. There won’t be a 3rd. Very sad I’ll stick with Folger’s always great and always HOT. I tried whip dip again because Folgers had closed for the day.

Dr. Pepper is best! Food is generally good for quick snacks, but hours are not correct online. Stopped by at 2pm on Saturday and already closed even though it says open from 10-3.

The service has gone down hill over the years… ordered a peperjack burger- cheese was cold, ordered fried pickles, Texas toothpicks, and peperjack bites all to come with ranch- got 2 packets of ranch to share between all the food and 2 people… after asking 3 times for plenty of ranch.

I went here with good news about their food from friends. But I ordered a Philly cheese steak. And all I got was steak on bread. Like how do you make a Philly cheese steak without cheese first off? And then 2nd where’s the onions and bell peppers ? It’s false advertising because on the menu it says it came with it. Very disappointed their only open certain hours I thought it was because they make that good of food but it is indeed quit the opposite unfortunately.

I’ve heard a lot of good about whip dip but I came Tuesday September 20th and they were very rude. I was looking at the menu so I told them to go ahead and get the person behind me I then pulled up to the window to order and she acted like I put her out. As I was ordering and she was writing it down I asked if she could change a burger to a blt and if I could add on funnel fries and she was very unpleasant with me and made me feel very bad. Then we get our food and I had ordered extra cheese and that was not on there almost everything I ordered was messed up. With the girl’s attitude I wouldn’t doubt that she could have cared less about my food.
