We are driving from Washington to Tennessee and we were getting hungry. My husband found this place on google maps and told me they had fried green tomatoes. I was got excited and we decided to give it a try. The place is really well taken care of and clean both in the dining area and restroom. I got the bacon cheeseburger with a side a fried green tomatoes and my husband got the mushroom Swiss burger. The burgers were really flavorful and juicy! I’m from the south and was raised eating fried green tomatoes so I know good ones when I have them. Theirs were battered in corn meal and delicious! This place beats out fast food any day! If you are in the area and hankering for a burger, you really need to give this place a try!! I love that they get the beef locally and you can certainly tell! We will be back next year!!

This is exactly what every burger joint should be like! Nice, friendly hometown staff. Plenty of tables to sit inside. The burgers were out of this world awesome! — hand pressed, almost smash burger style, with crispy edges, but thicker… They get their hamburger fresh from a family owned meat market next door to the restaurant. Nicely cooked onion rings and we returned later that day for homemade ice cream malts! People say it’s pricey, but it was definitely worth a few bucks more for an awesome meal!

Super cute Cafe and ice cream joint. Our meals were tasty and then had ice cream.. its was a nice treat on our long drive. The young ladies working were really nice and efficient.

Love the bacon cheese burgers. Real meat not preformed patty. I really like the fries, they have the skins on and taste really fresh. My traveling partner really liked the onion rings which are more of a tempura batter instead of a breaded type coating.

The burger was so amazing local beef and had that homemade taste. Run by a really nice family, excellent service. Onion rings and chicken strips were perfection. If you come to this town, eat here. Cute classic diner vibes inside with tables outside, too. I am so happy to support a family business like this.
