Yeah its a white castle, and we were there after midnight, but this place was struggling. We were there for an hour total. At first we were pretty understanding, but then the staff started to get more than rude with us. They told us that they had a backlog of mobile orders to work through, so they needed to wait to take our order. This was fine. About 25-30 minutes later, we asked if it would be faster or more efficient for us to make a mobile order ourselves. One of the employees said “yeah actually that would probably be faster since it’ll be in the system.” So I placed a mobile order and while my cousin was trying to get the app going, another employee said she could take the order. My cousin asked me what I wanted, but I told her that I’d already just made the order on the app.

I ordered 10x sliders, 2x mozza sticks with 3x marinara and 1x fries. No marinara or fries in the sealed bag. Half of the mozza sticks are missing the cheese. That’s $9 worth of a $21 order, 43% missing.

We ordered Hella sliders (114 total, 4 were doubles) for our whole family. They knocked it out in roughly 40 minutes, all while doing other people’s orders also. It was completely correct and they were pleasant the whole time

Ever since covid, this place has gone down the drain. I don’t think they have ever invested in nickel in sprucing up the outside and for months we couldn’t get inside to order. No help then and no help now.

Employee at the window was rude. Asked for salt and ketchup and she ignored us. Sat there until she finally returned to get next customer but we were still there waiting on ketchup. The only drinks they have are all diet and big red. No other drinks at all, no tea no nothing. Ironically my debit card information was stolen and used around the exact time I was there. Coincidence, who knows?

Absolute worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. I would rate 0 stars if possible. First sat in line for 45 mins before they took my order. I ordered a number 1 (4 sliders and fries) and a order of chicken rings. Finally got my food after another 20 minutes of waiting and was not given a receipt. Of course the order was wrong I received 2 chicken sliders and fries no chicken rings. I parked and went inside to correct the order. As I was walking to the door an employee ran and locked both doors before I could make it in. I get back in my car get back in line for another 30 minutes when I get to the window the lady working told me I said a number 4 and I said no ma’am I said number 1, 4 count sliders and she kept arguing that’s what I said then I told her I did not receive my chicken rings either she then asks to see my receipt which they didn’t give me. After telling her I was not given a receipt she tells me she cannot correct my order or give me my chicken rings. At this point I’m fed up and drove off and gave the chicken sliders to some homeless dude outside the restaurant. This place seriously needs some help. I’m out $14 cause of this place.
