We thought it would be good to get a late night snack before calling it a night. I haven’t had White Castle in a very long time, and I thought it would be good to try them out again. I was the only one ordering from the inside, and it took a while for the food to come out, and when it came out, not everything was there. I asked them for the missing items, and they said they would get to it. It took more time for them to make it, and there wasn’t a sense of urgency at all. We got our food and took it back to the hotel, and then I noticed that the 1921 slider did not look anything like the picture. There wasn’t any lettuce, tomato, or pickle in it. It was a pretty poor experience this time around.

When you were in Lexington you have a choice of thousands of different places to eat, but only two of them are White Castle! If you’re into tiny little burgers this is the spot! They have it all day breakfast menu, and the location is super convenient, right off new circle road. Plenty of parking is available and the restrooms are clean. The people working were friendly and I received my order fast. My food was fresh and hot, although the mozzarella sticks don’t have a great taste. Everything else was superb!

Everything was hot and fresh my only problem was they left out a double slider the drive was so very long I just didn’t bother to go back around and complain. Other than that it was great!!

Over the past few months this restaurant has been going down. The dinning room is filthy and they do not do anything about the stores floor is ridiculous. I don’t understand how can you let the store go down and you nor your employees don’t care. Food tbatis is old and hard all over the floor. This is a really nasty place

Overall White Castle will always be a yes…. But if you go through the drive-through you sit there for like 30 35 minutes before you even receive your food and you head off… I absolutely dread going there just because of how long you sit in the line and weight

Polite and nice. Seemed to ignore us when we first walked in. Then chose to wait on drive thru first. Kinda messed up and put mustard on more than they should, but we took them anyway. It wasn’t a big problem.

It always takes literally 45 minutes to get through the drive thru at night. Its usually late when my husband and I get off and go get our daughter across town, so we usually swing by and get something “quick” to eat and go home. I love their mini burgers and it’s something easy my toddler can eat without the mess. IMO, They just need more people working nights to get the drive thru line taken care of and it wouldn’t be a bad place to stop.

Has to be the slowest White Castle I’ve ever been to. Waited 6 minutes just to order. Then 14 minutes to get order. Just watch them work one order at a time. Never put down extra fries or anything.
