I’m a huuuuge white castle fan, I don’t have one in my city, so I often stop by white castle when traveling and given the chance. Sad to say, this one’s probably the worst. The cheese is never even softened from the heat of the burger, let alone melted…!?! Like seriously, NEVER ONCE out of all the times I’ve eaten at this one has the burger been hot or fresh enough to even melt the cheese… Nuff said…

Very busy place around lunch time .my last visit they seemed to be understaffed the dive drive through line was wrapped around the entire building so I decided to walk in.that was as bad as sitting at the drive through there was one customer in front of me it took 10 minutes for her to be waited on .as I waited to be served I noticed that the same cashier was working the drive through as well as the front register. I think whoever owns the Somerset store needs to seriously consider staffing it properly before you completely ruin this stores reputation .it could also use a good cleaning.
