I ordered delivery and forgot my condiments. I requested the driver to get them. He did, because why?!…Diamond!! My food was perfect, my experience was perfect! I hate to give negative feedback, but I love to give positive feedback! I called to speak directly with who handled my order and guess who answered…Diamond! Most fast foods don’t even answer. She is more than just a gem! Thank you, Diamond. Prior to this delivery, I had 2 fails with Wendy’s and Pizza Hut! I wish I could go directly to the survey page, but I don’t have a receipt or store number. Thank you again, Diamond! Disclaimer, I have never spoken to Diamond before today and that’s on momma ❤️ Side note: The driver’s tip was upped too! 10/10 recommend!

Was reluctant to go to White Castle for a breakfast sandwich because they just don’t steam the buns anymore and asking seems to be an issue as if the employees would have to find themselves going out of their way to make sure the buns are steamed … BUT yesterday we met Lai & Sabian at the Holt Road WC and boy do I want to know their schedule because not only did they prepare our food as it should be but Lai was so pleasant! We were so surprised and pleased we went inside to get her name just for this review!

Holt Road is the best castle everyone there makes sure if they think you ordered something your allergic to they make sure to check with you because they don’t wanna be responsible for it. Very Curtious employees. I do believe they go above and beyond to do the job correctly for the customers, and I know during peak times they might do something wrong but they also make it right.

I had a doordash order to pickup an hour before they were listed as closing. They are supposed to close at 12:00 midnight. I pulled up at 11:10pm to pick up the order and one of the workers just rudely shut the sliding glass door in the drive-thru in my face. Just said rudely “we’re closed.” Before I could barely tell them I was there for a doordash pickup. If you’re closed than change your hours.
