Friendly staff but I have to stop there unfortunately! Overall the restaurant seemed like it was in a higher crime area. We ate inside. No basic items were out for a customer to get like ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. Lots of flies in the restaurant. For the most part it was clean. The atmosphere was not the best. The staff was very friendly but just the location etc. Was not the best. The food was ok but definitely off. Soggy buns and undercooked fries. This one had better reviews than the others in the area. Not sure if I’d stop here again or not.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a #5 which is a fish combo. I told him no cheese on my fish sandwiches and of course it was cheese on it. Had to go back to the long drive thru and reorder. I also had to ask for tartar sauce three times before I got it.

Stopped on my way home from visiting family in Kentucky to get some dinner. I ordered my food and wanted a sweet tea. The young gentleman replied no you don’t. I again said yes I would like sweet tea. Once again he said no you don’t. I guess he knew I was getting a little upset to which he replied, the person who made the tea didn’t make it correct andit really wasn’t that good. So I ordered a Coke Zero. He could have sold the tea to me knowing it wasn’t very good, but he cared enough about customer satisfaction he saved me from a bad experience. We need more young people like him .

I got there a little before 8 and I guess they don’t open the lobby until 8, but they courteously opened up for me and another customer. My number 13 was very good and my large coffee was fresh and had just the right amount of cream and sugar I asked for.

Staff was completely unorganized. Took over 10 mins to get my order and it was incomplete. Staff is unprofessional. No electrical outlets in the lobby. Very unwelcoming in a world where almost every business is okay with paying customers having some electricity.
