This team is awesome. By far the best white Castle I have ever visited. Usually it’s a 20 minute wait and I want in and out in 5 mins max! The Food was delisioso! And when I asked for extra marinara for my cheese sticks, they did not act like I just asked them for all the money in the cash register like most white Castles. They know they have something special with that marinara , so they keep that stuff on lockdown!

I ordered through the drive thru and my order was almost correct on the receipt but was completely wrong!!! I ordered two 12 pc chicken rings and 2 orders of fries, a number 3 without lettuce tomatoes and onions and they took off the pickles only and left on the lettuce tomatoes and onions. I also didn’t get me my fries. I also ordered 4 cheese sliders they charged me for 4 cheese fries. After I informed them of that mix up they gave me 4 slider without cheese. Ordered a crave case and wanted ketchup but no pickles and they offered for us to have the pickles on the side which was nice because some ended up wanting the dills, extremely thoughtful and above great service

This location has been hit or miss for a while. On most visits, it’s a miss. You’ll stand at the counter for ages without being acknowledged even if you’re there just to pick up the carry out order sitting behind the counter that’s getting cold before your eyes. The drive-thru also moves at a snail’s pace even if you’re only behind one other car. The food is usually fine, but the service is lacking from what it used to be.

Incredible customer service! Called a few minutes ahead to order a mixed crave case. Got there and it was a few minute wait and they were kind enough to offer us drinks while we waited. They saw the dogs with us and asked if they could give them treats. They provided each dog with a small piece of bacon which was obviously loved. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you team!!!
