I ordered shrimp Nib. Almost spent $10 but worst experience of my fast food. Oil looks dirty and old. Few old French fries pieces were inside with other residue. Some taste burned and some like raw. It looks like it was cooked straight from freezer instead of defrost. I wouldn’t come back again any of White Castle. If I ate few more time: it will give me heart disease.

The emplothe drive thru staff are always friendly.i remember Sarah and I think the other person was wally but not sure then the third girl was also very nice. Sarah saw that my hand is paralyzed and asked if her church could pray for me and I was so happy that a stranger cared for me. I have been back multiple times to feed my workers and friends. They are so friendly and professional. Not like the white castle on Washington Street.

This is one of my comfort go to foods! It’s because I’ve been a slider fan for 60 years. My Daddy worked there all his life and went from cooking hamburgers and taking out the trash to 7 CASTLES when he got his Wings! Everett Starnes 41 years of service! His memory and accomplishments can be seen in the White Castle museum! Everything was great except one employee was sorta rude and there was no reason to be. Your median sucks! It is not accurate to the drive lane of your drive thru. I’m glad your drive thru people wear gloves but they may lack training on what purpose they serve. Either the employee is fixing their hair, or sticking earbuds back in their ears. No one wants earwax or hair on their drinks or food. 2 reasons I won’t be back until resolved.
