We don’t get white castle to often because it’s a long drive, so occasionally when we go past it we’ll get it, mainly because my son likes it. Go there be ready to wait for a while. It takes a very long time to get food. Also, they usually forget something or make or mess something up. Management could be more friendly. They just can’t be bothered by a customer for a mistake an employee made. Even hear them say that they don’t have time to be bothered. Also, check receipts. The food is good but expensive, for 3 of us, one is only 4 years old, we dont walk out of there spending under $35, granted i usually bring home 4 extra burgers. also double-check it. I ordered my food with a little extra everything (ketchup/ mustard), and there wasn’t. That’s like that all the time too. Or they’ll forget to put in a fry or chicken rings, something, that hasn’t failed the last 3 times. I used to be a manager there 20 years ago though, so take the review of how you like to. I do understand the pressure of the managers. And it gets busy, but every time we go there.

Stopped by to have lunch with my family. Staff were very friendly, but also very busy (we were there during the lunch rush so absolutely no complaints). It was admittedly my first time having White Castle. It was decent fast food but perhaps a little plain. But my husband really enjoyed the 1912 sliders and my son (who has oral sensitivities to food) didn’t mind the chicken rings. I would try them again, just not at lunch rush!

Went inside to order and eat. The food was very fresh and hot. The employees were very nice and polite. The only reason I gave a 4 star for atmosphere is the floors were sticky and there was food under one of the tables.

Stopped coming home from the airport, only one open at 1230 and the young man helping us was so friendly and told us to have a blessed day… In a world where it’s so hard to find people, him being so positive working so late… I hope his efforts are acknowledged. I seldomly remark on service, but I really appreciated him making it a better day.

Went after WWE SummerSlam on Sat night. It was actually 1:30am on Sunday. They were pretty busy and I’ve never seen faster (or more correct) orders! Everyone was happy! Thank you!

The team that was working on night shift 6-1-23 did a great job. I was in a semi at 1am and needed a bite to eat while I waited for my paperwork and they didn’t mind that I walked up to the window. Give them a raise.

Worse experience ever. Sat in line for over 30 min. Yes got our food but no sauces. How are you going to ask me what sauce and not give it to me. I will stick with my gut next time and go to chick-fil-a at least they make sure everything is in the bad before handing it out.
