This particular White Castle has very slow service. Uniforms must optional. The restaurant did not appear to well run, no thank you, or have a nice day. Frozen food is clearly not frozen. I like white castle but I’m gonna have to pass on this location.

Took 15 mins just to take my order. No other customers in the drive through except me. Then another 15 waiting at the window. Me and my son noticed a worker taking burgers out of an old order and scurry out of view. Pretty sure I got those. Bread was dry and edges of burgers dried out too. The fries were cold and super salty, I think they tried covering up the oldness with salt. They could have cooked 5 of my orders fresh in the time it took. The place was full of workers not working. One was actually dancing around in the drive through. I’m from the area and have been eating at this location my whole life. Just not worth it anymore. Time to get upper management involved and straighten this place out.

I’d recommend trying a different White Castle. Generally super slow, unpleasant service. They don’t seem to take orders and serve food at the same time, so you’ll just sit at the drive thru speaker for minutes on end in silence. I’ve been extremely disappointed in the food 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been here too. Often cold and soggy. Or if you ask for no pickles on your sliders you might get a cold, dry piece of meat with no onions (I only asked for no pickles). Sad overall, because I would be here often if I had better experiences. Just not worth the money.

This location is bad, do your self a favor and pick another place to eat. If you still decide to come, you find it very difficult to communicate your order, then you would wait, and wait some more.. and finally get an order that is incomplete. This way you get the chance to walk in to the restaurant and be greeted to an absolute mess. Trust me you would not want to go through this when all you need is to satisfy a craving. Just drive a little further and avoid this mess.

Great sliders in the crave cases for a quick bite specialized tasty menu seems to take a bit longer but worth the wait. Don’t forget excellent breakfast sandwiches just like at home.

This store closes whenever they feel like closing . Even though , they’re listed hours say 24 hours . We came at 11 pm , they were all standing outside smoking . We drove around and asked what time they opened back up because the hours listed were 24 hours ,the “important “ guy with the grease filled “curls”and infected headset says “not today we aren’t “ and then said that he’d call the cops. So dramatic and confrontational for no reason.We didn’t FORCE him to apply to the job .
