My experience was great. I was amazed by the indoor/outdoor upgrade. It’s beautiful. However, now there’s no indoor seating ijs for MN. There should b indoor seating too! Overall, the food was perfectly cooked. Nd the service every 1 was courteous.

At 2:55pm, I placed an online order through the app. When we got there at 3:35, I went inside to pick it up, but instead had to wait almost 5 minutes before I can tell the person behind the counter that I’m there to pick up my mobile order. She tells me that since its online and hadn’t paid yet, they hadn’t started on my order. I told her that I did paid for my order, then she goes on to take orders for drive-thru. Another 5 minutes later, I asked how long before my order will be ready, she then tells me that there’s 40+ burgers ahead of me and I have to wait another 10-15 minutes. So basically, drive-thru has more priority to her than a paid online order. I thought the purpose of placing an online order is so that we can just pick it up and go, not 45 minutes after pickup time. I will never go to this location again.

People loitering holding signs they come right up next to the car and stand in the drive-through asking for money I experience this twice the last 2 times I went To this location. The last time irritated me it was 1 am I told the guy I didn’t have change I had a credit card What does he do he comes around to the driver’s window and stands there instead with his sign And just waited for cars to pull up. Almost like he got offended So he came to the driver’s side between the car and the building and held the sign in my face next to the window. And he had a couple of other people with him but they we’re just sitting on the corner smoking waiting on him.
