Just left and was pleasantly surprised and upset all at the same time. The Lady that took my order was phenomenal. Great to see “Mature” ppl in the workforce. She deserves a raise & a promotion because I’m totally convinced She’s an asset to the company. However, the person that prepared the food should be demoted to a customer. She gave me a container of old, dried up fries. Everything else was fine. I started to bring that garbage back but I’d already gotten on the tollway, and most importantly I didn’t want to have to give the nice, mature Lady anything extra to do by returning my entire order for a refund. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again and I will encourage my clients and colleagues to follow suit. NEVER had this problem in Alsip, I’ll stick to them!!
