Visited this location while in town for personal reasons. Location was clean, convenient and the hours were flexible. There was a long line but they moved it efficiently through. We were served by a very friendly person while placing our order and when paying and picking up our food from the window. The quality of the food was great, order accurate and it was hot and fresh. If you like White Castle this is the place to go!!! So around great experience at this location!!!

The new AI drive thru assistant, while polite, has a long way to go in getting orders correct. Wasted time just to do order again with a human. I use Google home in my house and can tell you I wouldn’t trust this to run my business, at least yet.

Ordered in the app then had to wait in the drive through for 40 minutes just to get the food I had allready payed for. They are using the app wrong cause nothing was ready when I finally got up to the window.

I am a fan of Krystal’s I never really liked White Castle but this one seems to be way better even the bathroom is clean. Most White Castle has the in the hood feeling this one is in a nice area and plenty of shopping close by
