I’m familiar with White Castle but this one is horrible beyond description. I ordered the chicken slider and they tasted like the old burned oil in which they were fried in. Also wait time was horrible especially when I was the only person at the drive through. I definitely won’t be back.

I love White Castle and hate to give this particular location 1 Star, but I was the only person there and my double cheeseburgers were somehow given to me cold. How is that even possible? My only guess is that they precooked a bunch of patties and let them sit until people came in. Even the cheese wasn’t really melted. White Castle please do better

Fast food review: So prior to coming out to Vegas, I watched a few videos of others White Castle reviews. Basically, everyone said that they got bland and soggy burgers. I suppose I came on right day because they were perfectly soft little delights. I got a 4 pack of mixed burgers. The regular burger had great beef and onion flavor. It’s only downside was the pickle was overpowering for the little guy. Same comment on the cheeseburger. The fish sandwich was similar to what you get at McDonald’s but better. And the hands down best one is the chicken sandwich. It feels like you get 3 times the meat but it’s crispy and plenty flavorful. I’m hoping the frozen ones I can find at the grocery stores are close to this because I will be buying them for sure. The young lady who took my order was friendly and very helpful. Hands down the best experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in all the places my job has taken me. Now I wish they would open one in El Paso. They would make a killing down there. Thank you White Castle for the positive experience. I needed that.

I waited my whole life to go here and it did not disappoint. We don’t have White Castle in Canada. I went to Vegas and made sure to have White Castle. It was better than I even expected. The little slider burgers.. oh my! And the mozzarella sticks, the best! I had a great time here and loved the food. The staff was pretty friendly. Clean location. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m visit the U.S.A!

Took FOREVER to take our order! And To get our food as we sat at the window for 15min. TERRIBLE customer service and the worker had an attitude when we finally got to the window. I attempted a to go inside To check and see what the issue was and talk to a manager, but the front doors were locked?? I was confused because it was 4pm, people were inside eating and the location is 24hrs and they weren’t even busy. VERY CONFUSING. Anyway we said never mind to our order because the attitudes and atmosphere was unprofessional and tense. Do not go here instead spend your money on the in n out burger on the strip! Way better food and fast service!
