Ordered a sandwich with extra sauce. I received it dry. I called was given a Manager. He proceeded to tell me extra sauce was in the bag. I tell him it wasn’t. I was pretty much called a liar and was told he would give me a $5.00 credit on an order that I couldn’t/wouldn’t eat, and cost me $11.50. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I will also share this with everyone. Do yourself a favor skip the headache.

Nope, false advertisement!!! Toasted ravioli is the only reason why I came here. MEAT ravioli , that was stated in the menu at the Elgin location, I got cheese. What effing joke. At least Nick’s smells like a pizzeria….

We have ordered from here for years and on the 4th of July we placed our normal order and had company in town. After waiting 2 hours for pizzas that would never show I called and no one answered. The next day I called to inquire about the issue and express my dissatisfaction. It was a tough pivot on a holiday when we then had to order from a different pizza place. When I called the next day they acknowledged they forgot to turn off online ordering but offered no resolution for my inconvenience. They lost my business.

Very frustrating that after driving over 30 minutes to pick up my order, I came home to find out my order was wrong. I was told refunds are not an option but they will get my order ready if i chose to go back and pick it up. After driving back another 30 minutes I was told that it would only be 10 minutes…30 minutes later my order was not ready and a little after one of the managers came out and says that someone dropped the pizza on the Floor and all he can do now it’s just give me a refund..

I’ve wanted to try this place for a while got tire of the other food places around there and I must say best decision ever! the food was Excellent!!. I had the calamari which was fresh tender and fried perfect. I also got a 18 inch meat lover pizza it was cheesy and meaty absolutely delicious.

I ordered several hours in advance and went there 15 minutes early, thinking it would be sitting there getting cold. Very pleased to find out that they strive to have the food ready at the time it is ordered for. I was happy to wait 10 minutes or so to get my smoking hot pizza.

I called in an order and when I went to pick it up the girl at the counter said they put the order receipt in the wrong spot and it would be another 20 min. Then it came out 5 min later. I got home and opened the pizza and one that was supposed to be a spinach, artichoke, and white sauce pizza had red sauce on it. I called back and they said they would have the correct pizza delivered within an hr. 55 min later I got a call saying they didn’t have enough drivers to deliver it and offered me a 10 dollar credit for a 20 dollar pizza that was made wrong. They finally have a 20 dollar credit. We were disappointed because we only ordered there for the spinach pizza, the other one was for the kid. Needless to say we won’t be back after we try to get the correct spinach pizza.

The manager Val is a top-notch human being that runs a very tight ship. The pizza is bar none the best around always delivered hot and fresh. Customer service is the best around. The manager makes this place run, and he’s got some awesome employees, from top to bottom. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.
