My second time at this place. My fist experience we had the deep dish with meatballs pizza, was outstanding. The size and the sauce was perfect, the cheese and the crust was tasty, crispy not salty. And fair price. The large size good for up to 4 people. The second time we had the thin crust pizza. No the best, the crust was dry and the sauce without flavor. A little pricey for this pizza.

Ordered a slice to go. Slice had zero to no sauce on it upon opening it. It was dry, and they had just opened. I have been there before, but for larger pizzas. I feel they should make the slices just as equal to their pizza.

The Hanover Park location is straight garbage! We ordered a medium pizza and never in my life. If I ever seen such a teeny tiny pizza. The dough tasted like it was from the freezer, it was all dry and brittle. Which was the loaded baked potatoes. They were literally the size of my thumb and they were well beyond overcooked. I wouldn’t waste my money. I would just go to Little Caesars.

Placed an order for pick up and was told it would be 25 minutes for my calzone to be ready. I waited 40 minutes for it to be ready AND it was burnt. The bottom was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Felt bad to call and complain because they had so many issues going on in that place while I Was there waiting for my food. (Short staff, mixing up orders, prank calls)

Lady in the front was sweet. Pizza on the other hand.. It seems as if they LOAD the pizza with cheese in order to compensate for the lack of toppings. White Cottage significantly overcharges for a pizza that you can find anywhere else with more toppings and better quality.

I ordered a 20″ take-out half-and-half pizza with 20 different toppings. It was ready in about 30 minutes. There is a lot of room for parking, and I received a free small pizza from a coupon.
