Affordable pho with nice staff. Pho was ok a little to oily of broth and spring rolls weren’t very large but had nice presentation. Peanut sauce was good. More of a 3.5 stars.

Best pho in everett and amazing spring rolls for super cheap and they even have phad Thai and other Asian cuisine, but not only that they have great service. Every time I can gone the daughter remember our order and confirms we want the spring rolls and it’s out in seconds or a couple minutes depending on the how busy they are.

The food is good – the broth is delicious. The prices are good. Customer service can improve a bit. They always seem mad or having a bad day, even after a big tip was left, there wasn’t a hint of smile. Every time we come we try to make them smile – and all fails. I challenge you to make them smile next time you’re there 😉

I gave this place 2 different chances. In my 39 years, different cities, I’ve never experienced such careless Asians in an establishment. This was very sloppy and I believe they have an issue with people of color. I will NEVER spend another penny in this place and neither should any other African American.

I tried White Lotus for the first time today I’ll definitely be going back. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, the service is good, the prices are reasonable, and the food tastes great. I ordered pho and the portions of meat, basil, sprouts, and jalapenos were more generous that I’m used to receiving, the broth was very good too.
