Coming from NY/NJ/CT, I was very hesitant to try pizza in Colorado. I am so happy to report that my biased opinion was quickly corrected. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at white pie pizzeria. The staff was incredibly inviting, the outdoor seating area is absolutely adorable, and I have to admit the pizza even comes close to the New Haven style I grew up on.

The food is great. Interesting menu and solid execution. The service, on the other hand, is laughably apathetic. The two waitresses had literally no clue what was going on, both tried to take our order, completely forgot our beers, then came with four instead of the two we ordered. We wanted a quick meal, and it took almost two solid hours. We won’t be back, and if we ever do return, it’ll be for takeout.

First time here and I’m blown away. Great variety of pizza with tons of topping and sauce options. We had the namesake white pie plus the butternut banger. My roommate and I might be fighting over the leftovers. The entire staff was great and the atmosphere is fun. Most of the tables on the patio are heated, and there are fire pits to snuggle up to after dinner.

The wait staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. We had the burrata app, specialty pizza and mimosa flight. I highly recommend the old fashioned. I highly recommend this establishment; only “issue” was the bill process and for a table the POS system apparently cannot split checks.

Such a sweet spot. The hostess was one of our he sweetest people I’ve encountered, I swear to god. We had a pooch with us and they treated him like royalty (dogs are completely welcome) bringing out water and a side dish of cheese as a treat. The house puff is a must try!!

5 stars all around! Amazing and friendly staff and service. Trendy atmosphere and music! Awesome place to chill and catch up with friends in downtown COS! Huge selection if unique drinks, delicious appetizers (the Burrata was literally the best thing I’ve ever had) and pizza (perfect for one or to share if you get a couple appetizers)!
