My company spent $500 for their food, for a branch lunch, and they wouldn’t give us courtesy cups and forks. They wanted to charge us. Our employee purchased them at the dollar store, out of principle. I would say that there is a steep decline in good customer service but that wouldn’t be fair to other establishments that take pride in providing exemplary service. Clearly, this is not one of those establishments. It’s a shame. The food is decent but poor customer service overshadows that. Obviously we will never use them again.

I enjoy the food every time I come. However I get the same thing every time and end up paying a different price EACH time. I tried explaining to the young lady how I was overcharged for each side/drink even though the combo price is listed, but it went over her head.
