Nice people , nice service but PLEASE fasten tops correctly . I ordered a pint of baked beans: My baked beans leaked into the paper bag . When i picked up the bag it fell all over my clothes (i’m a nurse ) , and my car seat. Loss half of the food.

The ultimate Backup account
First time going to a Whitt’s. Ribs were excellent. Mac n cheese was bland. Corn bread was good, and sweet tea was as expected. But, we also got a loaded pork potato. The sour cream we were given was actually rancid. And we didn’t know until putting it on top of the potato. Smelled up the whole car! I’m sure it was an honest mistake. But we didn’t bother taking it back since our appetite was ruined from the smell of the sour cream.

We’ve been here one time before and it was really good but this time the young lady that is working at this moment right now at the drive thru is not nice, not courteous and plus I bought a loaf of cornbread that is absolutely cold and dry and brittle. I don’t understand it but OK.

Best barbecue in town, hands down. Their pulled pork sandwiches don’t come with sauce because their pork barbecue doesn’t. need. it. It’s juicy and delicious on its own. You can get sauce but you don’t need it unless you’d rather taste the sauce instead of the meat. And why would you do that?

I’m not able to say that Whitt’s is “the best” BBQ in the area, but I rank them in my top 5 in Nashville. Consistent. Vinegar based sauce. Pork only. Among my favorites for the cole slaw. Whitt’s ranks #1 for price and value. Grab a pulled pork sandwich, handful of, or take advantage of their Picnic or Family meal bundles and you should be happy to have done so.
