New Management Alert. The food and their customer service is absolutely great. Esha & Justice were great, as well as the cook. They are the new & improved Zulu Crab Shack and they will also be coming out with a new updated menu. I recommend 10/10.

Do not eat here this was my first and last time the food didnt even look good depending on how you pay your food comes hot or cold which they don’t tell you that so I literally got ice cold seafood and a hot corn and let’s not talk about the customer service the lady at the counter is incompetent all she says is I just work here no customer service skills at all it’s utterly ridiculous how this food look I shouldn’t have to come home put it in a pot and fix it myself after paying 63$ for 2 ice cold plates I should be given the hot or cold option so I can say if I want that or not.HORRIBLE service!!!!

Went to zulu crab shack yesterday was the best food I had in a minute is the best customer service I had in a minute from the time I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Justice in her father David they had me laughing the whole time I was there and the food was more than great it was excellent definitely will be back if you guys are in Valdosta if you’re interested in some seafood or even fried chicken Zulus crab shack is the place to go

Run for the hills! Fast! I ordered everything hot and had to come home and put my own seasonings on the food. Very bland, slimy, and had no taste at all. They need more experience. It’s a NO for me and my household Don’t dare mention their names in a sentence with our other local Cajun Wild Crab & Golden Crab.
