First time at this location and it is a very nice large place! Great for big groups. We had a 12 inch pizza .. like they say it takes a while but that is to be expected. The pizza is good but for us the crust is a bit thick. The restaurant only has one door and since it was cold outside it was a bit chilly inside.

This was our first visit to this wonderful establishment! The hospitality was warm & fun. We played “trivia” with the family oriented place!! It was a super great place to be! Our waitress was phenomenal!! Only 1 employee r as n her mouth randomly about help & customers while checking us out! It seems that there is always one bad apple in the group!

Absolute terrible service. Arrived a little before 9pm. They were not busy at all. We came in right behind a group of 8 or 9. Waitress took their drink order and went to get their drinks. As she came by our table with their drinks she said she would be right with us. She handed out their drinks and walked back by us several times and did not bother to take even our drink order. She was more worried about taking care of the other table. Several other waitresses walked by us before one finally stopped and asked if anyone had taken our order yet and when we said no she apologized and took our order. By this time we had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes before we even got our drinks. Then as we waited for our appetizer we noticed the waitress tell another waitress that we had been sitting there a while waiting. Apparently they took our order to another table. This was over 30 minutes in to sitting there at this point. We finally got our appetizer literally about 3 minutes before another table got their food and they had came in about 15 minutes after us. Our pizza came out a few minutes later and as we were eating the ceiling started dripping all over our table and our food. Disgusting!!! Only to be told that no one should have been sitting there to begin with. Several staff sitting around chatting. Could overhear them ask our original waitress why the other girl was taking care of her table and she replied I guess they thought I had forgot about them. Needless to say. We did not pay and we left after they said they would take care of our bill. We will not be back.

Well…..the food wasn’t bad. Once we received our food, I should say. Of course, someone has to wait on you in order to get an opportunity to dine on said food. I could go much deeper into why I feel like our server ignored our table (and only our table), but what good would that do? It was bad enough for yours truly, who used to dine there every 4-6 weeks, to take my pizza business elsewhere.

Love this local pizza place! They have affordable lunch options and a buffet on Fridays. Food quality is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. It’s a great place to unwind after work or enjoy lunch. I typically stop by at least 2-3 times per month.

Poor service today. Was not crowded and had to ask twice about our food. Yet we still gave a $20 tip for our $60 bill. We all have those days, but we normally have great service at Wicks. Maybe staff were off for Harvest? We will return, but not during Harvest again.
