We decided to try this “supper club” yesterday after our sons prom festivities and were glad we did. We had to wait for about 45 minutes to get seated as this place was packed, but it was well worth the wait.

We had a large group of 10 for a birthday and were able to make reservations the day before for Saturday night! Our waitress was exceptional getting our orders correct even with multiple families paying separately. Most of us ordered the prime rib special which was fantastic! Some may consider the price expensive but for the amount you get it seems like a steal to me! My husband and I were able to split the meal and just add an additional sweet potatoe (which was baked perfectly and served with butter and soft brown sugar!) And we still went home with leftovers! We also had the onion rings as an appetizer for our group which were a generous portion and thick and delicious as were the walleye fingers. A few of us tried alcoholic beverages (Colorado Bulldog and Bourbon Old Fashioned) which were also very tasty and didn’t skimp on the good stuff!

Had a group of 21 put together to celebrate my parents’ September birthdays. Had to go with a late reservation because of their busy schedule, but all turned out great. They worked with us on paring down the menu ahead of time to make things better for their kitchen staff.

My husband and I dined here on a Sunday evening, while the parking lot appeared to be pretty full, we were seated immediately. Sharon was our server and she was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful as this was our first visit. She made some recommendations and advised us all sauces, dressings, etc are made in house. I ordered the salmon and my husband had the Chicken Kiev, both were generous portions and very good. The homemade salad dressings and tartar sauce did not disappoint. Relish tray was crisp and bread and rolls were fresh and tasty. We love to visit the supper clubs in Wisconsin and Minnesota and Wiederholt’s is now added to our must return list. Highly recommend!

This place is so cool and it’s old fashion. I’ve never had a steak melt in my mouth before, until now. It was so yummy and cooked the way I like it. The bake potato was perfect and the sourcream that came on the side tasted like sour cream and onion chips, which was amazing! The dinner salad was basic but still good and the French dressing tasted old fashion like it did when I was a kid.

Went there with family for birthday dinner, service was slow and erratic at best at 5pm on a Sunday, the place was practically empty. The Prime rib that most of us ordered was good, one person ordered the ribeye and it was delivered to our table half way thru the meal. The first ribeye was way over cooked when ordered medium so they cooked a second steak instead of sending out the over done steak and the second ribeye was mostly raw when cut into it and tough. So one person in our group sat there while they attempted to cook a 2nd steak to medium as quick as possible and failed miserably in that endeavor. They offered us a free desert to compensate for a steak that was not even edible. We should not have had to pay for that steak at all. Then the checks got switched around between various tables so we had to straighten out bills. We all agreed we would not return, way over priced for what you get and not good service and really terribly cooked steak that was under seasoned and served raw.

Old school supper club. Interior is dated but the dinner crowd is always buzzing and laughing. Food is great. Most recently I had the halibut, which was great.

We have always driven by this place and wanted to stop so finally had the opportunity to try. The petite filet was tender lacking a little flavor. It a good cut of meat. Baked potato and onion rings were descent as well. The dinner rolls were a little stale and crusty but overall a good experience. The staff was very friendly and service was quick!
