Since it’s a drive thru thiers really no atmosphere to speak of, so that’s why I have it a 3 star for that. Otherwise I like to visit them when I’m needing something that’s not really heavy for lunch or dinner. It remains a place where I can eat at fairly decent prices. good fast food served hot and fresh. the staff is friendly enough and are good at what they do. BUT it’s also a very popular place ( obviously) at around the usual lunch dinner hours so it’s always really crowded and often long lines to wait in. So I try to go in between those times.

Haven’t been since college more than 30 years ago. My chili cheese dog had a spoonful of chili on one side. Couldn’t find the cheese. Fries were both overcooked and undercooked in the same batch. Soda was just carbonated water. Overpriced. Experience ruined my childhood, never going back.

20 minute wait for “fresh patties”. I received the wrong drink and they forgot my chili cheese fries. I wouldn’t think that I should have to check my bag for such a simple order but I am clearly wrong.
