How are you going to not show up on time or open up on time on National Hot Dog Day? Seriously? Was going to be my first time at your establishment, but myself, as well as the power company crews that were waiting…decided to leave and go elsewhere. Also, for anyone reading this…they don’t open the lobby at all according to the sign. Drive through only, wheee there is a prerecorded announcement that they are closed. No employees or employee cars anywhere to be seen.

The customer service was not good. I don’t know if the girl there was the manager or what, but they got our order wrong and we went to let them know. Instead of an apology all we got were long faces as if we are the ones who did something wrong. They all had long faces, they didn’t even greet us. I realize that working at a fast food place is hard, but if you aren’t happy with your job find another one that does make you happy don’t blame the customer for your unhappiness or problems you might be going through.

I went there yesterday and I ordered a Texas BBQ dog and my mom ordered chilli cheese fries to share and I ordered a chocolate sundae. It was delicious. Kudos to the employees. Definitely will be going back.

I Ordered food and it was rushed, I’m not sure when nobody was in line! Ordered an watermelon lemonade and boy it had more ice then Alaska. My hotdogs where smashed like the hulk made them fresh. Traveling through but dang won’t be stopping here. Didn’t even bother for a refund, hope I’ll let karma handle it.

I found a disgusting dead fly in my cheese fries at this location. Im am adding pictures of it. When I opened the box the dead fly was rght on to of the fries in plain view! There is no way they did not see it. I brought it back snd got my money returned. They were not even shocked about it. Avoid this place like the plague, they probably have it!
