We had a really bad experience here. My son is autistic, they couldn’t understand his order and he repeated it twice I said it once. He ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup and a strawberry shake. They gave him a cheeseburger with everything and a strawberry lemonade. I went back u counter and repeated order again… the guy in kitchen had to be told 3 times ketchup only. Waited a good 10 minutes then worker asked if we got our food, I said no not yet. Kitchen worker said he Ajay handed it out. Apologetic but had no clue what they were doing. I asked for a manager but no manager was in. Very bad service… by the time I got my son’s order my food was cold…. no offers of coupons or anything else just a sorry.

This place is rarely ever busy. Yet, every time I come in, I receive world-class customer service from each of the employees; whether it is in the drive through or esting inside the restaurant we are always treated so well. We honestly go back because it’s so refreshing to experience such great customer service from a chain restaurant. The vegetarian options are great!

The chili is always burnt as if it’s been sitting on the warmer all day, and our order is always incorrect. It’s also pretty pricy for a restaurant whose selling point is cheap chili covered food. Bacon is a hit or miss, and sometimes I get bacon bits with the consistency of sand. It’s cheaper(and better) for me to hop in the car and drive to Roswell’s Wienerschnitzel than to eat here.

The crew was nice, and the food was good, but every table was dirty (and the place was empty except for one other couple who came right before us), and they were out of lids, napkins, and soap and paper towels in the women’s restroom. Maybe they just hadn’t had a chance to recover from the lunch rush.

The only reason I’m even giving a star is because the shake was okay. They didn’t acknowledge us for a good bit when we walked in, they were out of fries and mini corn dogs. Forgot my drink, and our food was ready and sitting in the window for 10 minutes before the poor guy who was handling drive thru and the counter gave it to us. Two other workers were standing there staring at us and didn’t bother to help this boy when he was clearly struggling. The guy taking our order was so sweet and apologetic but the other workers were lazy and rude. The soda machines were all out of sodas and we had to try several before finding a soda that would work. Only saving Grace was the one guy and the shake. I’ve never had weinerschnitzel before and I never will again

If I could do a zero star I would. Husband and I went inside to get place an order and waited for 5 minutes while NO ONE helped. A guy looked at us MULTIPLE times and didn’t say a single word. There were plenty of employees and not a single person helped us therefore making us walk out. Save your money and your time.

Paid for the food with cash, and instead of paying attention to what was handed to him, the cashier put the money away and didn’t give the 9 cents change back. They forgot the onions on one of the two chili dogs and no napkins.
