It was peaceful (aka empty). I noticed they had the restrooms blocked off, as if they were out of order. Then an employee pushed that aside to use the facilities and moved the chairs back to block it again when finished.

Dining room not open?? Why?? The person working the drive up window, taking cash and credit cards, making change should not be the same one that makes the ice cream desserts.When you go back and forth between the credit card machine and making my banana split you should either wash your hands or wear clean gloves when touching food!!! Ever hear of SERVSAFE??? And they also don’t wear masks….. They swiped my card and after I saw all the things that gross me out , I left. Dear Management I went there at 11:10 am on 3/15/22. Probably was the Manager????

Great food never had a problem until today! I know the law is ask for utensils but you can still ask if we want a fork and straw when we get items that require that bad customer service end of the day don’t let the law make you a made employee

We went because it’s close to our Church. We frequent it often. Last week a add ran that said come by for Father’s Day and receive a free Sundae. As always we went then the owner said you have to have the kids with you. We are grandparents, our kids were not available. He gave the item but with a Hugh attitude. The add never said “bring the kids”. Lost good customers.

Perfect! Delicious! I am casein intolerant and they made it without cheese. Just like I asked! Awesome! They gave us extra napkins, forks and straws like we asked, and the guy at the window was friendly!
