Growing Pains
Wanted a chili burger but couldn’t get one at 9pm as they were cleaning the grill. Not a huge deal but it’s definitely odd watching the cook clean the grill then use his bare hands to put fries into a package for me. Super slow service and the kitchen is visibly dirty. I’m fine paying a the premium that is Wienerschnitzel when y’all do the bare minimum like cook items on the menu that are in stock or west basic PPE.

We walked in from a long drive from the Bay area, my husband went to restroom and it was locked. He asks for the key and the kid says you have to order first. My husband said are you kidding me? You see we are about to order, my wife is standing here . He then takes his time to do unlock the door by electronic device. We ordered 2 Big meal combos. The reason I gave them a 2 is because everytime we come here they give great portions in chili cheese fries . Customer service is horrible.

I come here often. There is no issue with staff or service. Food is very consistent however it is only sandwiches they are making. I do recommend if you’re looking for a Subway sandwich shop.

We usually stop here on long road trips between Northern and Southern CA. My girl and I usually get the polish sandwich w/ sauerkraut. Most of the time it is late by the time we arrive here and only use the drive thru.

The girl working(Drive thru) was kinda rude and had a “I just don’t care about anything, and I don’t want to be here” kind of personality. The hot dogs themselves tasted a bit old because they had tough/chewy skin on the outside of them, but they still tasted pretty good considering. I’m being generous giving 4 stars because it was probably worth just 2 or 3 stars. The food was okay. I still enjoyed it.
