So today I did an order online and went to pick it up.. the manager stated that my order had already been picked up and refused to do anything about it.. no refund.. no re-make.. Mistakes happen but the managers are empowered to fix those mistakes, so I won’t be going there again. It’s a shame too, because I’ve been going here for the last 18 months with no problems.

Got the number 5 combo 3 chilli dogs 3 corn dogs and 3 fries. Also got the Veggie backyard dog. Tried the new orange cream float and the orange cream shake. Both were very good took me back to my childhood and the 50/50 bars we would get off the ice cream truck.

We placed an online order for pickup. We arrived only to be told that they had given our food to someone else! And then to top that, they refused to remake it or fix their error! Even the manager refused with a ‘call the customer support number’ solution. Well…trying to call that number results in the phone just ringing constantly and then disconnecting!

Wienerschnitzel is by far one of my favorite places to get chili cheese fries. I enjoy how they have a few more options on Ways to try their fries. This location is located in a nice and convenient area. Although the drive-through was about four cars prior to me the service was still pretty reasonable. Enjoyed a good lunch. Tried one of their new lemonades that was pretty awesome

It was pouring down rain but I wanted to take my dog for a ride to just get out of the house. I went through the drive through and was handed my mini corn dogs. As I was just about to pull away the man said hold on. He came back with a hot dog and asked if she could have it. Of course I said yes. He made my little girls day. It was really nice. He didn’t have to do that at all but he did. I’ve never had any issues at this establishment at all. Everytime I’m greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. Employees seem happy and a happy employee makes better buisness.
