We found this little place after zip lining, hiking and shopping, so we were pretty hungry. It’s small and the parking is very limited. They were so busy but the woman behind the counter stayed cool, calm, & friendly. Our food was really good. It was so crowded inside so we ate on the patio and had a wonderful view. Kids got ice cream and it was huge and tasty. Would definitely go back. The fried mushrooms were delicious.

august 2023: we were so excited to come back to leadville to eat here again, but their google hours do not reflect when they are actually open. we walked to the gas station next door to ask and they said they are close on Monday’s. there are no hours listed on the building itself. so if you’re looking forward to eating here, mentally prepare for them to not be open because their hours seem random. :((

Overall most of food in Leadville was largely disappointing, but Wild Bill’s was a real highlight for us. The fries were great, the portions were large, and the burgers were delicious! The view of the mountains is also fabulous from the patio! I definitely recommend!

Simply the best way to put some calories back in after a 14er!! It amazed me that they had a gluten free bun option and the fries were perfection!! I came in 2021 for Elbert, I’m a week away from Massive in 2023 and my mouth is already watering thinking of this place!!!!
