Our first product is a crispy yet fluffy airy waffle that can dance with either sweet or savory
flavors.
All that air inside our waffles, as a result of the long fermentation using our wild yeast
culture, is the perfect vessel for fillings like our original hazelnut chocolate spread.

My little man (pup) and I stopped by Wild Culture for a light breakfast and coffee. The restaurant is tucked away in a beautiful alley filled with lovely plants. Very unique, delicious “stuffed” waffles, I had the ham and cheese. The oatmilk chai was delish as well! Service was excellent, they even brought out a dog bowl. We will definitely be back!

What a great gem in Hastings on the Hudson!, so many delicious options for waffles. The waffles were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and stuffed with perfect amount of not too sweet delicious chocolate. My daughter had the hot chocolate with oat milk which was not too sweet just right in flavor and I had the delicious hot chai tea latte with oatmilk. The service was great and very friendly, definitely will return to try the savory waffles and froyo!

Wild Culture makes the best Waffles ever. Whether it is a traditional plain waffle with syrup or one of the many many specialty waffles, like bacon cheese and egg custard, each and every item is made with love, care and incredible expertise. The owners, Gabri and Michel, are welcoming, courteous and helpful to the Nth degree. The packaged waffles in the freezer section are absolutely perfect for those days you cannot get to the shop. The fresh waffles are the most delicious waffles I have ever had.
