I went here because it had a perfect 5-star rating on Google. Honestly, I can see that if judged only by local standards. It’s a college town and has a student staff. The food was good and cooked exactly as expected, but was not amazing or even on the gifted level, just good diner food. Go here when you are ready to unwind and relax with friends. Oh, so there is a kid on the counter…get over it already.

Stopped by this gem today. We beat the rush by minutes. We were greeted immediately by a friendly cast of employees. Ordered the Eggs Benedict and Denver Omelette with French Toast. It was delicious! One of the better breakfasts we’ve tried in recent years! The food came quickly with very nice sized portions. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through the area!

Go for breakfast! The service was incredible and very friendly. Coffee was being poured before we sat down and never ran out. I had the Ranchero Omelet with French Toast. It was not only high quality and delicious, it was also Huge. I would highly recommend!

Great restaurant in Ellensburg, WA. Had their Ranchero Omlet with Red Potatoes and Sourdough Toast. Very filling and delicious. Friendly waitstaff and had their Tony’s Coffee which they kept full. Arrived early to beat the rush. Full house by 9:30 am on Sunday morning.

We really like eating here. Breakfasts are very tasty and big portion. The hashbrown omelet is awesome and very original, great for a cold winter day. French toast is great as are the Belgian waffles. Hashbrowns are made just the way I like them, crispy on the outside….yum.

The waitress was kind, the food was mediocre.(Burger and pancake. Maybe the burgers are just so so?) Not bad, but not good really. It’s rather dingy looking at this location. They really need to spend some time wiping down mirrors, glass, seats. It looks like it hasn’t been thought about in a while. The decor looks like an afterthought. Big pancakes though, fork for size.

I had the corned beef hash and I just didn’t understand it. It’s like the chef wanted me to do all the work. The corned beef came in huge, long chunks that were difficult to cut with the knife I was given. (I’ve never had to cut up hash before) It also had huge chunks of fat. The potato’s were mushy and onions were floppy. The beef was chewy and just unpleasant. I feel like a got some reheated leftovers. The coffee was good and my server was very sweet.
