Nice atmosphere and very good food for a hotel restaurant. The menu was not too large but I had the fish and it was delicious. Smaller portion but very flavorful, would recommend. Also had the bread pudding for dessert and that was phenomenal.

What an absolute little gem this was! The bar/restaurant is located in the basement of the Grady, and such a cool experience.

What a luscious hidden gem! It’s a touch hard to find but worth the hunt. It’s like geocaching for bourbon! Absolutely delicious chocolate torte and nice bourbon selection with epic staff! I wish I could remember our server and bartender’s names but they were amazing and helped make the experience wonderful. Knowledgeable, entertaining and expedient. The ambiance in their little plush nooks is worth the stop. Highly recommend and we will return!

Great breakfast and for a good price. The atmosphere in the restaurant is old school mixed with modern. Our server Mark was so welcoming and took time to talk with us about Louisville and some things to do. Best waiter we had during our whole Louisville trip.

This place is fantastic! Maxmillan (our server) and Megan (the GM) are the best and truly make your experience here feel like coming home. The food was outstanding and not at all what you’d expect from a standard “hotel restaurant). You NEED to try the braised short rib rigatoni! When I come back to Louisville, I’m definitely coming back here.

Fantastic meal, I had the steak and frites with a Caesar salad and it was a unique variation of the traditional version, all in a good way. The chef had a delicate touch with this dish, dressing was not overdone, just right, and enhanced with very thinly shaved Parmesan, so good. The steak was a surprisingly generous portion of tender beef, perfectly prepared medium, over a unique interpretation of Frites. The frites were not “fries” but more like mini frittatas, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My wife had the burger which also rose above the common,; good bun , special “white swan sauce, crispy onion crisps over a nice burger,, and very unique shaved fries. Atmosphere is cozy and hip, and service was attentive and very pleasant. I mean, what more could you ask for! A new Louisville favorite! Oh the “black Manhattan “ a favorite of ours” was also dead on!

This place was great. We had the entire restaurant to our group. No complaints about the food or service. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food — just eerily quiet.

We were hotel guests and told we would not need reservations.

We had a great meal! Reasonable portions that weren’t too small or too much. The spices were right down the middle which allowed me to enjoy what I was eating. They could also seat seven of us pretty easily.
