I absolutely love this place. Been here many times. Food is quick, delicious and affordable. Atmosphere is great. Excellent location – Right on the corner across from the beach. Service is always good. Family and friends love this spot as well. Will continue coming back!

We spent the day at the beach and walked over to Wild Taco. It was a super cute small place to grab some amazing food. The bold flavors and fresh ingredients made the experience top notch, along with the friendly staff and great service. I would 100% recommend and for sure return.

1st time @wildtaco @lagunabeach had 2 asada taco combo, the meat was really good, real broiled meat, black beans, pretty good, the salsa tho, was very, very tasty and spicy, I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality. And the view with beach in front of you, splendid!!

Around 7:30ish my family sat down for a bite to eat. A man came by and dropped off some water. There was some discussion between the man and a waitress. After waiting a while the waitress (dark, messy hair) came back to take our orders. I asked about an item on the menu and she just pointed to some other area on the menu that had a similar description. I told her what I wanted, but she continued explaining other items on the menu. While we waited for our food the blinds were lowered so that we could not see the hustle and bustle of the street anymore. Apparently, they were closing up. Another group entered for something to eat, a discussion with the staff ensued and the customers were turned away. Not sure why a restaurant on the beach at the height of summer would close at 8pm. Anyway, the food was served and it was fine, nothing exceptional. The waitress was inattentive throughout, averting her eyes and keeping her head down. I wanted a beer but she was not around, so I went to the bar to get one; the bartender seemed competent, at least. The bill came and I was presented with the device to tip/sign. I told her the service was horrible. She asked why. I told her she was inattentive/not really there. She mumbled something about the person who brought the water initially. Overall, really poor service.

I had 2 tacos, and Elote and it was good. Has more of a healthy Mexican food feel, but the tasted is top notch. Tacos are all different/with different toppings. I spent 16$ for everything pictured.

With all the touristy restaurants, Wild Taco is not touristy and the food is top notch. For the location the prices are expecting to be higher then normal, but the food does it justice.
