The chicken sandwich was not fresh. The food came out at different times. The salad was great and the wings were good. Although the Carolina Reaper and Atomic wings were not as hot as you would expect. Also the waitress was complaining about her coworkers.

The chicken wings were small, especially for costing nearly two dollars per wing. Two of us split a platter after being asked if we wanted carrots and celery we got a single carrot and 2 celery sticks. The bat seems like the only place to sit on a week night and get decent service. We felt extremely unattended and after waiting for the check for an unreasonable amount of time we took left cash for the bill and left. The wing sauce flavors were good.

Blue cheese dip for wing was NOT blue cheese it was Mayo with pepper fking disgusting. Not sure what flavor wings I recieved but ordered lemon pepper and Nashville hot. Definitely didn’t get what I ordered. Will not be back

Order the spinach cold dip came out Luke warm the chips were so greasy that you couldn’t even eat them, Once we got are food it was cold that it just nasty it tasted like old grease that they used that night. Sorry guys you was #1 place for us to eat over the weekend but we just have to move on. Don’t know what you did but needs to good back

Place is well kept, has nice tall ceilings that help relieve tension and the lighting and/or overall energy is predicated on what’s going on. So it’s predictable. If you want a fun, louder, more group like experience, go during popular sports times.

Went on a Monday around 1pm when there were perhaps a total of 8 tables occupied. The Hostess, who had a horrible red weave and was clearly disturbed I was bothering her, couldn’t stand to talk to me or my co-diner. I developed a fear that perhaps her eyes WOULD roll out of her head. Gold medalist eyes roller that one. Worst attitude I’ve ever seen, so she must know the owner.

Service has improved significantly! I know they were struggling for awhile with staffing and they seemed to suffer for a bit because of it. But I ate here with my family yesterday and it was great! Service was awesome and food came out warm and correct. Happy that wild wings is still open around here!

Placed online order at 6:22pm tonight. Order stated would be ready at 6:58pm. (25 WINGS and 2 SIDES- 3flavors mild, wild west and lemon pepper and an order of fried mushrooms $54.00) I get there at 6:55pm, girl at front door asks how she can help me? I tell her I’m there to pick up online order. She asks me the name on order, when I tell her she says “it’s not ready, I was just working on it” and walks away. I wait for a few minutes and another girl comes up to me and asks what I need. I tell her I’m waiting on my online order, she tells me I have to go back to my car and park in the curbside parking. I tell her I’m waiting for the other girl to come back. She walks away. After 10min girl comes back and I tell her I just want to cancel my order and ask to speak to manager to refund the order. She walks off and says I’ll go get one. Another 5 min goes by and the first girl comes back and says she is going to check on my order for me, I told her I just want to cancel as it’s been over 45min at this point and my 2 month old baby is in the car fussing and she runs into manager on her way back. Manager comes to me and I tell her I want to cancel my order that it’s taking to long and the first girl was quite rude. She says she would bring order to my car and refund for any trouble. I go back to my car and wait another 10min and NOTHING. So I go back in and the first girl meets me at the door with a bag and hands it to me and says here are your wings and mushrooms, refund will be 3-5days. I ask her what about the rest of my order (the 2 sides Fat fries and tots) she says she didn’t know about that as they don’t get the orders the website does. So she goes to get them… it’s now been over 1hr so I leave. Get in my car open the box to find COLD PLAIN WINGS!!! I TRY TO CALL AND NO ANSWER. I CALLED ABOUT 10TIMES In a course of 1hr and still have not talked to anyone. I WANT TO MAKE SURE I GET MY REFUND FOR THIS RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN
