Wild wings makes good food, but it can come cold some times as it did for the take out I did today. That’s not the main issue, though. The energy in Wild Wings is very strange, with waiters hanging out in all different corners of the restaurant, hosts hiding off in a closet to the side instead of at the desk, and an overall passive aggressive attitude. It seemed like there was a huge lack of communication overall, because my girlfriend had to talk to 5 different people just to pick up and pay for a to-go. we had already ordered it on the phone, so all we shouldve had to do was talk to a host and maybe a bartender and wait to pay. There was one nice waitress in her 30s-40s who clearly knew how to approach customer service, but the younger staff need to be taught some skills on how to communicate with each other and use manners and formality in a work environment. I’m not expecting a 5 star treatment here, just some basic manners and a more positive attitude. Also we got bleu cheese instead of ranch. Which wouldn’t be a big issue on its own, but I asked for it on the phone AND in the restaurant before I got the order and I still definitely got bleu cheese.

The food was okay. Our server was very nice no complaints. The server looked like she was trying to take care of 3 to 4 other tables. The host looked like he was tired and wanted to go home. They look like they were being over work I feel bad for them.

After several years of going to the John’s Creek location we decided to try this one. We are glad we did. The service and food were excellent. Our server Anne could not have been nicer and more attentive. It was clear that the manager Chris really cares about the customers. We will definitely be back.

Great food and service. Ella was our server and she was exceptional. I look forward to visiting again for lunch in the near future. Had the burger with onion rings which tasted great. My boys had the wings and left feeling full with great service which is rare to find in some places.

Walked in on a Friday night about 7 and it was busy. They wanted to do social distance but it was not effective. Masks are a choice and most customers chose not to while waiting. We sat at the bar and it was a constant busy so service was a little strained. We order a Philly, buffarella and a chicken sandwich. The food was warm, good presentation and was flavorful. It was priced fairly.
